- Interview with Rosa Colon, RNÂ A Day in the Life of a Remote Triage Nurse
- Discussion on the Nurse Practice Act and its requirement that nurses use standardized protocols.
Lesson 3 - Motivational Interviewing -Active listening for the Triage RN
- The key to a successful call is in the connection formed with the client/patient in the first 60-90 seconds.Â
- Teaching you some key tips to earn your patient's trust in the first few minutes.Â
